Dr. Andrew Rogers has partnered with Biblical Counseling Ministries Worldwide (BCMW) as an Associate Teacher in Church Leadership Training Modules and Graduate Academic Programs for several years, contributing significantly to the ministry’s growth. In 2019, after completing a two-year leadership transition, Andrew began serving as the Executive Director of BCMW.
In 2024, after much prayer and consideration, Andrew and his wife, Jenny, recognized that BCMW's needs had grown to require Andrew's full-time dedication. This led him to raise his support and become a stateside missionary, regularly traveling to strengthen the global church.
In addition to his role as BCMW Executive Director, Andrew is a fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and serves on their Board of Trustees. Andrew and Jenny have four adult children, two daughters-in-law and one grandson.

About BCMW
In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul encourages Timothy to train others: “And what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” This verse embodies the mission of BCMW. BCMW aims to bring the Word of Truth across cultures by training men and women in a greater understanding of the sufficiency of Scripture through biblical counseling, enabling them to train others.
BCMW goes beyond providing training by establishing real partnerships with churches and organizations abroad. Once a partnership is established, BCMW sends team members to teach a well-established and highly regarded biblical counseling curriculum. Our remote partners provide room and board, teaching facilities, and transportation, fostering deep commitment in local churches as they take responsibility for overseeing, promoting, and running the training events.
When BCMW commits to training in a region, the curriculum is translated into the local language and adapted to its unique culture and nuances with the help of local pastors and translators. BCMW's teaching techniques encourage host partners to stand independently, strengthening their churches and those around them.
