Fernando & Silvia Rocha

Fernando & Silvia Rocha

Tijuana, Mexico

Fernando and Silvia have been married for 17 years. God has richly blessed them with their love and in 2021 they adopted their daughter Esmeralda, age 19. Fernando graduated from Grace Bible Institute in Tijuana, Baja-California, and is continuing his studies for another degree. He is the Pastor Teacher at Ebenezer Bible Church where he shepherds the flock with a strong emphasis in discipleship. He also leads devotionals for kids and staff at Grace Home, an orphanage in Tijuana, BC.

As of June 2021, due to the COVID laws enforced in Tijuana, Ebenezer Bible Church can only meet on Sundays for one service at 50% capacity. Meetings during the week are done online. During the week, he communicates with the flock through messages and phone calls and goes to the orphanage two times a week for prayer time and devotionals. He, alongside Pastor Bruce Moscoso, are currently discipling six men for ministry. Silvia and Fernando are also focusing on Esmeralda in her transition into the Rocha family, which has been challenging.
